Certain products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. Glass and Custom Designs: You understand that all items sold by Metz Glass Designs are handmade glass pieces and, as such, may contain slight variations in color, size, pattern, and shape from their photographic representation. These variations are inherent to the custom, handmade nature of the product and are not considered defects. Colors and Imagery: We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products that appear in the shop as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. Intended Use: All products are sold for decorative or specific stated purposes only. Metz Glass Designs is not liable for damage or injury resulting from the improper handling, misuse, or unintended application of any product.
3. Ordering, Payments, and Billing Order Acceptance:
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. Payment Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our shop. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment method details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Taxes and Shipping: You are responsible for all applicable local, state, federal, and international taxes and duties associated with your purchase. Shipping and handling charges will be calculated and added to the cost of the order based on your shipping address.

The Service and all original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all designs, text, graphics, logos, product photographs, and code) are and will remain the exclusive property of Metz Glass Designs and its licensors.
